John McAndrew

John McAndrew was a distinguished leader in the business community and property industry, best known as the founder of McAndrew Group, which he established in 1985. With over 30 years of experience as Managing Director, he successfully steered the company through substantial growth and innovation, earning a reputation as a renowned expert in the property industry. John was a former licensed builder, a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, and held a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management.

Throughout his tenure, John was responsible for overseeing all operations, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a strong company culture, shaping the organization’s vision and direction. His extensive experience included project marketing, property development, and property management. He consulted for the Queensland Government and some of Australia’s leading developers, further solidifying his expertise. Known for his exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire teams, John contributed greatly to the company’s success. He also served as a property investor mentor, helping aspiring investors navigate the market, published a book titled Direct Selling, and was an engaging public speaker, sharing his insights and expertise at various industry events.

Now retired, John enjoys spending time with his family, including his five sons and six grandchildren.
