McAndrew Group is proud to announce our recent appointment to a new Student Accommodation project in Gatton as the client side Development Manager. The project is well placed to service the existing University of Queensland campus, providing much needed accommodation provision for the students.
McAndrew Group is working closely with the clients to finalise the Development Approval and Construction Documentation ready for Tender and Construction commencement in H2 2020. We are very excited to be part of this new project and to join a great team of consultants already engaged on the project.
