Sam Durward

Sam joined in 2020 as the Project Administrator. Due to his hard work and commitment, he has grown within the business and is now the Assistant Development Manager. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, Sam excels in overseeing the development process for all our projects. 

A key component of his role involves liaising and managing relationships with key consultants, including planners, engineers and councils, ensuring seamless coordination and project success.

His dedication and expertise have been instrument in driving our projects forward and maintaining our high standards in the Property Development industry.
